Sophie is very smart, she can open simple containers and latches if they have food behind them. She loves attention. She's very food motivated. Does not have strong maternal instincts.

Sophie has nice width, but is short and slow growing. She does have nice straight legs and an excellent rump angle. Her feet are not the nicest.
Udder:
Sophie has an extremely nice udder. She is very nice and easy to milk. She milked just over 1 L when full as a first freshener. Very well rounded.
